An informal evening dedicated to libre arts.
As Cyprus prepares to wrap up its EU Presidency contributing to the management of our technological futures, the local Free and Open Source community reaches out to all of our friends, to gather and reinforce paradigms where libre culture, including but also beyond software, provides viable and hopeful alternatives of openness, transparency, repair, autonomy, and meaningful participation.
Bring your own bottle & snacks, clips, sounds, visuals, code, zines and posters, performances, unfinished experiments, strange tools, old laptops, hacked devices, impossible ideas, glitches, noise, spontaneous live interventions, beautiful failures, conversations, pirate aesthetics, digital disobedience, awkward prototypes, collective imagination and temporary autonomous atmospheres.
We come together to explore what artistic practice can look like beyond platform capitalism, algorithmic predictability, surveillance culture, and locked-down creative tools.
